Qualifications
To qualify for this Graduate Internship Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification with a strong academic record.
- Possess a degree in one of the following fields (advantageous):
- Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Communications, Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Data Science, Investments, IT, Industrial Psychology, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Clinical Associate, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy.
- Be a South African citizen under 35 years of age.
- Have a demonstrated interest in financial services, particularly in the insurance industry.
- Provide evidence of extracurricular involvement and leadership roles.
Experience
- Be currently unemployed with less than two years of working experience.
- Should not have previously participated in a similar graduate program.
Skills
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and readiness to engage in continuous learning.
