Position Purpose
The purpose of the TFG Internship Program is to offer graduate students a chance to engage in meaningful projects across various departments within the company. Interns will be exposed to the inner workings of a leading retail organization, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios while contributing to the company’s success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across different departments including Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Support daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
Education
- Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Prior internship or work experience in retail, fashion, or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong academic performance and relevant coursework will be considered.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
